We offer specialized microfinance loans across 5 categories: Business Professionals (requiring color copy of National ID, business registration, 3 months bank statement, utility bill, and motor vehicle with Bluebook), Private Sector Employees (requiring National ID, 3 months payslip and bank statement, and collateral), Civil Servants (requiring National ID and employment number), Business Groups (minimum 5-10 members with proof of business), and Contract Financing (requiring proof of contract/LPO and collateral).

To apply for a microfinance loan, visit one of our branches (Lilongwe, Blantyre, or Mzuzu) with your required documents based on your category. Our loan officers will guide you through the application process, which includes document verification, credit assessment, and approval. The process typically takes 30 minutes.

We support major currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, and 20+ other international currencies. Our foreign exchange services are available at all branches with competitive rates based on real-time market rates. We offer both buying and selling of foreign currencies with secure transactions.

Money transfers typically take 1-3 business days depending on the destination country and transfer method. Domestic transfers within Malawi are usually completed within 24 hours, while international transfers may take 2-5 business days. We provide tracking information for all transfers to keep you updated on the status.
